“The entire process was well done and orchestrated from phone conversation to pickup and return. Team was flexible as we had to change our return delivery due to a problem on our end. Team provided timely phone calls on delivery day and arrived when they said and assisted in the arranging of our rugs. Thanks again for great service.”

“I had this carpet sitting up in my attic for 20 years. It stunk from previous cats and had edges torn. When I got it back, it had a “new clean” smell to it and the edges were fixed like new. This is the second carpet they cleaned for me and there will be more coming!”

“I just had a great experience with Hadeed-Mercer Carpet Cleaning! We had two (one small and one medium) Oriental rugs sent for cleaning. They did an exceptional job cleaning the rugs, and we appreciated that pick up and drop off were included. All staff – via phone, email, and in person – were very kind, helpful, and professional. I will use again and recommend. Thank you, Hadeed-Mercer!”
